Siege Zones

Control points scattered across the world. Hold one and it pays you loot on a timer — but everyone inside is fair game.

Taking a zone

Capturing an empty zone: stand in the capture point for 60 seconds. The first to finish takes it.

Taking an owned zone: owned zones cannot be timer-captured. Entering one as an enemy wakes the zone boss and its minions. Whichever side deals the most boss damage takes the zone when it dies. If nobody kills the boss within 15 minutes, the zone resets to unclaimed instead.

When a zone changes hands, the previous owner's boss and minions are cleared, so new owners never inherit defenders.

Holding a zone

  • After a zone changes hands there's a 60-minute cooldown before it can flip again.
  • A zone auto-unclaims after 60 minutes with no owner member online.
  • Zone ownership shows on the web map. Boss spawns, captures, and losses are all announced.

The reward vault

Each zone has a linked chest that becomes a paginated vault with unlimited storage — loot accrues into it on a timer while you hold the zone, and never overflows onto the ground.

Collect often

When a zone is taken by a different owner, the vault is wiped down to 9 items. Rare items get first claim on those slots, rarest first, and the rest are topped up with the most recent normal items. Everything else is gone.

First-time capture of an unclaimed zone does not trigger this.

Commands

There are none — you capture by standing your ground and fighting.

Note that everyone inside a siege zone is attackable regardless of rogue status, and kills there count toward automatic bounty progression.
